The Panel Station — blocked my account without any reason

The panel station has blocked my account for no reason since 04 june 2019 and i wrote 3 mails to them but i have not received any reply and solution from them. I had two redemption worth 5000 pending and one of 3000 pending in my account and apart from that i also had 2500 points in my account. Kindly unblock my account so that i can take part in surveys. And please release the amount which i earned by taking surveys. My account is [protected]@gmail.com
