I booked a parcel on 21.02.2017 from rudrapur to sivasagar, assam. It reached to delhi on 22.02.2017 and after that it shows on tracking site continuously that dispatched to guwahati till 28.02.2017, after waiting for 7 days, now your tracking site showing my consignment (Rdr[protected] is return back to origin city (I. E. Rudrapur).
What kind of service you are providing to customer? You keep consignment with you for 7 days and after that without informing the cause to customer you return it to source station.
I called a number of times to your delhi office contact no.[protected],[protected] but its comes busy all the time.
A courier company like you having such kind of practices is very shameful.
As a customer i again request you to kindly look into the matter.
