[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — Complaint for Delay in package delivery | |
My package from Kerala to Kolkata was booked on 10th August 2022 and has reached Kolkata on 13th August 2022. The package is not yet delivered even after 4 days. I can understand that two days (14th & 15th) were holidays but even after those holidays my package is still showing in transit and the final update has not yet changed. It is very sad that the package has reached from Kerala to Kolkata in 3 days and even after 4 days it is still not delivered. The customer service is very bad that even though I have given a complaint on yesterday, they are not even bothered. Today also they are telling the same story that the package will be delivered next day. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 19, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have contacted the company using mail id "[email protected]".They have resolved the issue after 3 days. My package which reached Kolkata on 13th August was delivered on 18th August. Very bad service from them. If you want to deliver an item at the earliest means, I would suggest not to book through Professional Courier The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
