My name is sivakumar I have booked medicines from million health pharmaceutical on 10.11.2018 courier tracking number MAA[protected] for mother Smt.yanamala jyothi. Yesterday podalakur branch dealer sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as the customer is a patient and it's an emergency medicine and that I have informed clearly to him that my mother can't able to come so deliver it immediately but still that person has not delivered the courier and he is not picking my call.so kindly take immediate action on him.

Updated by Whoelseitsme Yv My name is sivakumar and I have booked medicines from million health pharmaceutical(Chennai)on 10.11.2018 through professional couriers, courier tracking number MAA[protected] for my mother Smt.yanamala jyothi.On 12th of this month podalakur branch(pin code 524345) dealer has sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as I am out of station and the customer is a patient and it's an emergency medicine and that I have informed clearly to him that my mother can't able to come so deliver it immediately but still that person has not delivered the courier and he is not picking my call.After so long yesterday he picked my mother call and he said that he will not deliver the medicine to home and he behaved very rudely with my mother.Mr.A Venkata Suresh professional courier podalakur branch dealer is not doing any free service we are paying charges for the courier if this is the service we are getting from Professional couriers we are losing respect on you, so kindly take immediate action on him.

This is for your kind information that i have
Booked one docket no MYS21131659 on November 03rd fm Mysore to LALITPUR U.P but its neither tracking nor delivered, bit worried about the docket.. Almost 8 Days passed.
Pls provides resolution of my problem at the earliest
