My consignment has reached Hyderabad, Madhapur area on 5th July 2018 but it is still not delivered. Their customer service team is the worst one I have ever spoken with and definitely not helping. Their head office number is permanently not reachable. Even if you write to them, they forward your email to a address that doesn't exist. I don't know at this stage what I need to do to get my consignment.

I did the courier on 9th July, which is not yet available When you have a 2-day commitment to the out station courier.
