The Professional Couriers — courier cover tampered and stolen during transit. | |||
I sent a courier to chennai from salem via professional courier and it was tampered and contents missing partially. When we raised a customer complaint they have not responded and if we call the office they are responding very rudely. The seal is broken and they took off the contents and then pasted and delivered the courier back. The courier containted 185 $ us currency and it was stolen. I had courier(laptop) from huvina hadagali (Karnataka) to muzzaffarpur with pro premium courier on 20/07/2017 booking date pro5147971 is CNN nomber and just few hours(25/072017 1.30pm ) back I have received courier, power on laptop I just shocked the screen is damaged.help me out here..!

A courier has been dispatched from Bhadravathi to Bangalore on 18th July'17 and its still not delivered and no proper update in the website when we track this through consignment # BDV3239518. Really we are very frustrated as there in no proper response from professional courier customer care ppl.
