Courier no knr1151804 dispatched from kerela on 10th has still not reached goa a mail was droped on [protected]@tcpindia.com regarding the same and i have received no reply, the tracking is showing dispatched to salem and goa at the same time. I the supplier has forwarded me the picture of the consignment showing the correct address and phone no on the parcel.

My supplier dispatch the goods from tirupur to karur it's tracking number is 7198315 on 13th April but still not delivery the parcel. The goods in karur professional office in last 4 days. The same issue happened lot of time. But nobody rectify the issue in your branch
