Till now, we have called multiple calls to your offices and no one is helping us in delivering the consignment. They want us to come to courier office and collect it. This is completely unethical and un acceptable as the full courier charges have been paid. The reason they are telling is that they don't have delivery service at BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus. We had a courier with number MNR57439565, which was promptly delivered at the campus.

The response is very very poor and uncalled for when contacted. Most of the occasions, they don't even pick up the calls to respond. Please help us as the material in question is medicines.
