Team, My courier is not yet been delivered even it has reached to professional courier office on 18th april. It is showing out for delivery but not yet received. I called many times and got to know that courier is lost and they are not able to deliver it. I asked to refund my money but they keep on giving no response. I request the complaint department to take corrective actions and refund my money. If i do not receive any response/refund from you, it would lead me to take legal action against professional courier.
