[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — courier not delivered from past 10 days. | |||
Hello Team, I am Mohammed Rahaman, I have a Parcel from professional courier, The Parcel has reached Hyderabad on 11th Aug 2019, And the Parcel is kept with the courier Office people from past 10 days. I have tried to reach on the Office number they never lift the call, if in-case they answer the call they will simply say by End of the day it will be delivered. Same story happen every day. I have checked the website everyday but there is no change in status. I kindly I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible. Aug 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After continuous follow-ups Today i have received my Parcel. But i am facing this delay issue 3rd time. I don't recommend "The Professional Couriers", Its wasting our time. The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
