The Professional Couriers — delayed delivery on pro premium service | |||||
Hello, On approaching professional courier in kamareddy, to send a parcel from kamareddy to hyderabad (Chandanagar) the team their forced us to choose pro premium courier service instead of regular, telling us premium shipment will be safe and speed. Though pro premium (Rupees 140) service is three times of actual price (Rupees 40), we believed in them and choose it. Finally, the parcel has delayed. Actual eta was 9th november pre-noon. But parcel received on 10th november 5:00 pm. How the pro premium service was justified?? I have happened to use the regular services at a pro premium cost. This is totally unfair.
