Package is not delivering by the delivery agent he asking me to go there office to collect the package, Why do they take order if they cannot deliver the product how do government give permission to this kind of waste service

I have problem with office staaff in medical branch, they're not notified my parcel and they didn't inform ed to me about my parcel. And I taken from office .

I sent one letter from Hyderabad to pathapatnam consignment no: HYD66895187, dated: 26.06.2018 till today can't deliver I will contact lot of contact number which is showing in Google nobady not received some numbers not working
