We had sent one cone of 1.06 kg 2/60's gassed mericerise bleached quality - highvalue added quality for market sample. Which has been fully damaged and delivered. The value of the product is rs. 600/- over above the courier charges. The photos of the damaged cone is enclosed here with

It was correctly delivered at Thrissur but not dispatched from there to irinjalakuda as it was delayed for 4 days.
