The Professional Couriers — fraud courier // thiefs

I booked a courier from delhi to nellore on 7-12-18. Containing my iphone x screen.
These people initially told me the courier is delayed and now they are telling me it is lost.
The tracking id del[protected].

When i told them i want my courier or reimbursement. The company people are saying do whatever u want now its gone. You will not get anything.
