Dear Sir, Sub: CGL -2875205 My friend booked a small parcel from to Elappara 20/02/2017 on still todate, we did not get the urgent parcel. We are always deal with Professional courier . Today i asked about the parcel one lady took the phone and spoke very harshly an d told we have to go to Kattapana and collect the material.so kin dly do the needful.
