The Professional Couriers — i have ordered the products from instagram style n strike as the status was showing as delivered but i have not yet received the parcel

I have ordered the products from instagram style n strike store. The status was showing as delivered on april 20 2019, but i have not yet received the parcel. I didn't receiveed the parcel yet. Please help me to get the parcel.

My courier num vpl[protected] it is not delivered.but in tracking it shows despatched to other city.while enquired with that location thay said the courier is returned to district office.but in district office they are said we are not get the return that
