[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — I'm complaining about my lost PRAN card which needs to be delivered about a month ago not yet delivered

Hi,
This is Chandra Mouli Jilludumudi. I have applied for PRAN card and the card is despatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 15th December 2021 via Professional courier with AWB no: VPL[protected] which needs to be delivered about a month ago but it not delivered yet. When enquired with Professional couriers, Visakhapatnam they are not responding to any complaint and they are saying they are not responsible for it and do what u can. Customer care too is also not responding. I was helpless in this situation. Kindly resolve my issue and make my PRAN card available.
