The Professional Couriers — items stolen from courier package

I had booked a courier containing imported chocolates from channarayapatna to bangalore on 07.09.19. The package was delivered on 09.09.19 at 6 pm and the package has been tampered & the chocolates have been stolen before delivery.

The package has been re-taped with different tape and is clearly visible. I have the photographs which clearly shows the tampering of the package.

Many of the chocolate bars have been stolen in full and another chocolate box containing 50 chocolates has been unsealed & more than half the chocolates from the sealed plastic box are also stolen.

Really upset with the kind of service provided and kindly request you to reimburse the amount of 4000 rs.in full immediately.
