The Professional Couriers — local delivery service | |||||
I ordered a woodland shoes from online woodland site . It has arrived at Trivandrum 2 days back . I tried to call the professional courier about this parcel. They said they received it and they have that. But they dont have anybody to deliver the parcel to the address given. They said it will take next week to deliver or else I need to go and collect it from the local delivery station. If I need to go and collect from the local delivery point, why should I use the courier service and Online Services. They are not at all worried about the escalation points since even the proffessional courier site it is hard to raise a complaint. Very bad way of treating the customer .
