Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the courier service provided by THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS company. On[protected], SHANTHI SOCIAL SERVICES(COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU)sent a package containing medicine(eyedrop for glaucoma treatment) through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS service to ATHANI, KERALA(POD Number CJB[protected] . Unfortunately, due to the fault of the courier company, the package was returned to COIMBATORE without even informing me. when i asked about this to a staff(named sophy) in WADAKKANCHERY THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS OFFICE(they phoned me to take courier from Athani as they are forwarding it from Wadakkanchery to Athani) she was scolding me that such mistakes will happen if you dont want to use their service then don't use. I was surprised to hear such words from a staff that even after paying their courier charge i believe that they have a duty to deliver to the address still not doing and treating customers very badly and the same complaint was informed to a senior officer Ashok kumar in Thrissur office (mob-[protected]) no actions has been taken so far, now he is not even picking phone.
Not only did this delay the delivery of the medicine, but it has also caused me great inconvenience as I am now left without the necessary medication.As a result, I have no other choice but to travel directly to Coimbatore to obtain the medicine myself. Today[protected] im going directly to Coimbatore hospital as im feeling discomfort to my eyes as i was not able to use medicne yesterdy .
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by your company and expect that immediate action will be taken to rectify this situation. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution to this matter.
