The Professional Couriers — next day guaranteed delivery but the shipment was not delivered rather showing still in transit.

I paid 320 inr for a next day guaranteed delivery but the package was never delivered, but it shows in transit. The fact is that the package had a time limit on it, it had to be delivered the next day. The company promises the delivery on the paper but you never live up to it. Moreover the receipt also mention that if the shipment is not delivered within prescribed time, the delivery will be free & the charges will be refunded back.
Money is the secondary option, i availed your service because you promised guaranteed delivery the next day but you did not, or i could have availed a different service provider. I lost my time limit of submitting my documents to my insurance provider & 11th dec 2019 was my last day, but that did not happen so the have rejected my claim as they did not receive any documents. Now, who is going to take the responsibility.

As per their official website, but the email for their regional office in Kolkata's email id is wrong as the email are bouncing back..
