The Professional Couriers — Non- delivery & Miss behavior of Courier Agent. | |
On 15.02.2017 one medical materials send from KCK dental to my Clinic Crystal Dental care at Vavvakkavu, Karunagappaly, Kollam, Kerala[protected], 00917 [protected] M ) which was delivered to Vavvakkavu Professional courier agent Mr. Manoharan[protected] on 16.02.2017. But unfortunately it is not delivered to my Clinic so far. Today on 25.02. 2017 at 4.30 pm Representatives of KCK dental came to my clinic and they inquired about this to aforesaid manoharan. His attitude was very arrogant and he refused to give that dental materials to the KCK Representatives. More over he abuse to that guys.It against the contract by the courier services to the customer, the same thing happens in the second time. So please take necessary action against this agent.
