Hi Team,
This is regarding my consignment no:-DEL[protected].This courier was booked from Delhi to Pune on 3/09/2017 .I have been calling since morning to that person he told that the courier is not received as it was showing at their location since 2 days.
When I have asked him to check the courier he told that courier is received but we don't have anybody to deliver it at your address .If you want then take it from our place .After that when I went at their place and asked that why you have not delivered it .He told that we don't have any person to deliver it and after all we are getting very less charge so we will not deliver it if you have any problem then do not send from professional courier in the future .He started fight and abusing me and told that now I will not give the courier you do what you wanted to do and we will send it back.He called 2, 3 people and started abusing .

This is the details of that person.I was about to file a complain but now I am not doing that.
Request you to kindly take hard steps against it as they are carrying name of professional courier and if this will be the scenario no one will book courier from professional courier.
