Warning : use their services only if you risk to get your items stolen..!!!
We had shipped a total of 6 silk sarees from their bangalore office in mission road to pattukottai via blr[protected] dated 06th may, the package was received on 07th may at pattukottai in a damaged condition (Someone had cut open the package in transit, stolen a saree & taped again) and 1 silk saree is missing.
We immediately raised a complaint on their web portal as well us over the phone & email, but looks like the staff are well aware of all these incidents & do not give any importance to the complaints nor bother to get back with any updates.
We were asked to contact several people in bangalore, thanjavur & chennai.. But none respond.
Better to ship your valuables through other courier vendors rather than getting them stolen. Was this information helpful? |
After repeated followup over several emails(they do not answer our phone calls & neither call back) copying their head office etc..Anjaline, Manager-Customer Care, Bangalore R.O from Professional Courier replied denying any such incident & claimed that the parcel in question was delivered without any PILFERAGE.
However we personally coordinated with their other branches & managed to get a screenshot of their internal tracking application that clearly showed the DIFFERENCE OF WEIGHT of our package from what we shipped from Bangalore to what was received by their Thanjavur centre.
Weight of our package in Bangalore --> 3.75 kgs (their hard copy receipt shows 4.5 kgs)
Weight of our package received at their Thanjavur transit centre --> 3 kgs
We were given their GM, Bangalore Mr Machaiah's contact details if we would like to further escalate & we promptly tried reaching Mr Machaiah over his mobile & email several times but again as already mentioned..he seem to be indifferent..!!
Mr Machaiah or Anjaline do not answer the phone calls or show any professional attitude in handling customer complaints like this..
Shame that inspite of we(the customer) tracing the link to the missing item that happened within their premises..there is officially any communication from them on the progress towards retrieving the stolen item.
Screen shot enclosed.
Next, we plan to raise a police complaint as well as a complaint in consumer court with all the details collated over phone calls, emails & their application screen shot.
