The Professional Couriers — stolen parcel | |||
I have been doing online business for past 4 years but i had the worst experience with the professional courier at this time we have sent a parcel of two saree weight 1.200 from bhagalpur to pondicherry but when the customer received the parcel it has only one saree in it and the weight of the parcel is 70 gm. When asked about this in professional courier office there were no proper response i have tried asking chennai partner and pondicherry office they were not responding properly and when i spoke with the bhagalpur office i gave all details from then he is not attending my call or not giving proper response. Hai, as my firm name Goldmedal electricals pvt ltd as i am facing problem with this courier service.But in tracking we are knowing that on[protected] has came to vijayawada but till today we haven't recieved.By this we came to that professional courier is bluffing customer by fast service and charging extra amount
