The Professional Couriers — took one week to deliver, irresponsible reply on phone | |||
Dear sir, I booked courier from kurnool to hyderabad on 30th of november. Other side they didn't receive my courier. I called to madhapur delivery point people took 15 minutes to lift the phone at 10.30 am on 6th. When i requested her if they can deliver the courier at least today. She said, "sorry sir we don't have boys to Deliver, better you come and collect in person". I never expected this answer from you people. I am sorry to say your service is worst. B. P. Above said consignment which is an urgent document was received at Kammagondanahalli professional courier service on 30 Nov 2018 at 1100hrs. But till now item not received. Rep at KG Halli giving fake answers. Horrible service. Request to deliver the consignment soon.
