Package was handed over to Professional Couriers in Mumbai on 20-Aug-2019. The package reached Bengaluru on 22-Aug-2019 16:17 hrs as per their website. Post this it was sent all over Bengaluru and finally reached Whitefield office on 24-Aug-2019 13:16 hrs. The package was lying there for the last 3 days and Whitefield office was not reachable by phone. No one picked up the call in the landline and the mobile number was switched off. Finally when I managed to reach customer care, I was told that there is shortage of personnel and hence they cannot deliver it. If it is urgent, please go and pickup from Whitefield office. When I tried to escalate it, both the Manager and the General Manager, till date, even after 15-20 calls to them is not answering the calls. Today the package was delivered to the security without taking any signature from any one. The person who had delivered had informed the security that he is from Department of Posts. I do not know where and how to escalate and get the people responsible punished. I had also sent multiple emails and only got one response. In the email I had asked them to refund the money as they had not delivered within the time frame. There is no response to that also. I had mentioned in the email, that I will not take delivery of the package without the refund amount. Think to bypass this they had impersonated as department of posts person and delivered the package without taking any signature. Also there is no slip attached to the package. So they have removed all the traces of Professional Couriers from the package. Was this information helpful? | |||
