Couriered a package of eyeglass from ILKAL professional courier ([protected])- AWR# ILK442549 Date: 29 June 2019 To - Bangalore (with complete detailed address) The package was returned to ILKAL w/o delivering at Bangalore. Neither courier boy searched delivery address nor reached out to customer. They just kept the package for days & sent it as "NSD". On inquiry, they are saying the courier boy called to mobile, no one picked the call so they sent it back! Was this information helpful? | |||
