I had deposited the cheque on 31/08/2017 for transfering fund to my ppf account. To day on 07 sep 2017 when i went to bank it was stated that the as software is not working cheque was not sent for clearing. It is not understood how the software was not working since last so many days. I had met the bank manager also he says that software is updated and since then it is not working. Itr should be resolved at an early date.
