The Public Grievances Cell, State Bank Of India, Parliament Street New Delhi — Provisional certificate of loan account (Principal and interest component) for tax rebate.

Hi, I have been calling SBI Bhikhaji Cama branch to get a provisional certificate of my loan account for tax rebate for current financial year. since last three weeks but they do not answer the calls. Also I have sent 4 mails to Bank's mail id i.e. sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, also to its manager at [protected]@sbi.co.in. but got no reply. Than I called sbi grievance number[protected]. The lady asked me to forward the mail to agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in. but again no success even after 3 days. They are not picking up the grievance land line number also since last two days. Totally unacceptable behavior. I have to struggle every year to get this small letter. the branch is very far from my home now. that's why i can't collect by hand. Activating the netbanking also requires the visit in Bank to collect the pin. I am highly frustated with Bank's attitude towards their customers. I will definitly transfer my loan account ASAP.
