The Public Grievances Cell, State Bank Of India, Parliament Street New Delhi — unethical behaviour

My father is a retired pensioner 96 years of age living in australia with me.
He needs to talk to someone at the bank about his pension account & kyc compliance.
I have called more than 50 times the state bank of india (Swasthya vihar branch) code -007085 for the last 2 days on the telephone number 22462467. The person sitting on this number picks the phone and puts it aside without talking & then cuts the phone after 5 to 10 minutes. I can hear him talking to other customers, as a proof i can send you 2 hrs of recording of his unethical behaviour. The problem is that no one responds on the other branch numbers, the bell keeps ringing & cuts out. Can i request you to please help us some how without penalising the person concerned, all he needs is a bit of realisation. We shall be grateful if you could help us at your earliest. It will be appreciated if you could acknowledge this message
