The Royal Couture — sent a wrong product

I have faced the same issue!

My order number was ORDER TRC8531.

I received a different colour and different cloth product. I had ordered red and white bhagalpuri silk, I have received pink and blue.

I ordered on 19th August and received it today on 25th August. The courier was received by Fedex and I paid Rs. 1166 in cash for the product.

I want a refund, need a confirmation for me to ship it back.

There must be some other way to lodge a complaint that would ensure action!

Hi I have ordered a lehanga on 22nd August. The product got delivered on 26th August but I have not received wat I have ordered. It is a different material and also a low quality cloth.i called them but no response.

Worst online shopping site .. they sent me wrong item .. customer care no invalid .. no reply to mails ... #### .. ladies .. lets all file a case against them ... they should never ever dare again to cheat n fool customers like us .. order no TRC 7566

They r fraud ..I also ordered a anarkali suit for which i paid around 1400 but they sent me cheap road side dress material.Also number they have given on their sites is not working. Everyone is getting the same issue.Serious action should be taken against this site.They are fooling people and making money.

I am also facing the same problem. I had ordered a saree worth Rs 1256(Order no -TRC 11912) but I was very disappointed to receive a cheap quality dress material. Their contact no is invalid and they are not replying to my mails.I want refund.Pl help.

Hi guys, I had placed an order for a gown on on 23 August. It's been close to a month and I still haven't received the product. I haven't even received any email date saying the product has been shipped. I emailed them on 11 September asking for an update and I haven't received any response. The website doesn't seem to be working now and their facebook page also seems to have been removed. It is clearly a sham entity! I need a full refund of INR 1, 156 that I have already paid. Please help me out if any of you know how to reach them. Thanks!
