    I had placed my Mumbai Indians Jersey order on the 4th October 2020 with the company committing it to deliver by 15 th October 2020. There has been no communication on my order whatsoever and there seems to be no point of contact.I’m feeling utterly disappointed and let down by a people who proudly call them a home grown brand.Their offers displayed on the app have always been misleading.Presently the same jersey is showing at INR 200 with shipping date committed to 25 th October.Absolutely Disgraceful.I request strict action to be taken against them.

          I also tried to make a call on their helpline contact no[protected], but no one picked up the phone. I tried 10 times but no response.

            Their service is the absolute worst. I order a t-shirt but the material is low-quality and the fitting was weird. Then i read that there is no self pick-up. You've to ship the item yourself.in fact, there is no option on the website to choose 'return item'. You have to manual email them. So i emailed them and they asked me to ship the item.in fact, they recommended i do a speed post. Expecting me to take time off work, go to the speed post...

But yesterday i received an email saying that i have received the order and the delivery address is different from what i entered which say that the order is delivered somewhere in the states but i reside in india. So please look into it as soon as possible....

              I have ordered 11 t-shirts and souled store exclusive member

              The sized did not fit well, and i initiated a return and shipped them the return of 11 tshirts (Stated that i have returned all those in the email i sent them)

              As per their recommendation, they asked me to ship using india postal services. I did the same.

              And now they tell that they have not received half return

              Insane customer service and handling of customers. They are still telling the employee who collected the package is on a vacation and they do not know when will he resume his duties so that he knows all information. This was a lame response given to me.

              Do not buy from them guys... First experience a worst one.

If you have missed out on sending the other t-shirts, please send them and we will initiate a refund for them.                 Hey, my order with order id 2034151 amounting to approx 4000 which i paid as prepaid from my account has not been delivered to me neither i receive any call from the courier service.. I tried to call the customer care number but one of the executives told that she will be re-attempting my delivery the next working day upon confirming my details again but the next day i tried to track my order it showed that items have been returned.. Even i haven't been informed regarding the delivery/courier service that will deliver my product..
                Under such circumstances i urge you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and initiate a refund of my money to my bank account..

                  We had order 3 hoodies of avengers endgame time travel edition and order number was 1882231. As soon as i dropped it in bucket it started losing its red color and was on white part of the hoodie. For your information we haven't machine washed it. We didn't even put detergent in it.                       The status of the delivery for my product was showing delivered but i didnt recieved the product. The fedex delivery site was also showing me of the same but dont know were it went. This was ridiculous as how can u make dis happen.                           This is the 3rd time that im launching the complain. My product got shipped on 20th may, everyday fake messages comes from souled store that they will deliver the order by today. But its been full 2 weeks its not delivered. Order id-1776807, delivery partner fedex.
                          I placed my order on 18th may, and still today they are not delivering, and its already a prepaid order.
                          I want my order immediately either to get delivered, or simply i want my money back. I want refund. Souled store is simply not helping to resolve the matter, and sending mails and messages. Immediately i want the matter to get resolved.

                          We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per the update from our courier partner the order has been delivered. Please let us know If you have not yet received the products and we will resolve it for you at the earliest.
                          I placed my order on 18th of May, till now from past 5 days messages comes that out for delivery. Can you please let me know that will you get it delivered or not?? Its worst experience shopping with souled store. Already once this happened and second time I placed the order but not delivered
                          ..kindly deliver or refund Asap.Order id-1776807.

                            I ordered the deadpool backpack and realized that the material of the bag is kinda kiddish (Meaning it looks more like a school bag and can not take it to work. It does not look like the pictures at all)
                            So i thought i will return it, the sad part is you have to ship the product through speedpost they will not pick it up (Where almost every e commerce website offers pick up on return and exchange. Its 2019). Also, they gave me an address where it was supposed to be shipped. I put the exact same address on the package and shipped it through speed post. But now the package is somewhere lost in bhiwandi between 2 post offices because the address was insufficient. So basically i put in my 1 hour of effort and went through the whole process of shipping a package which i have never ever done in my life just to know later that the package could not be delivered because the souled store people sent me an insufficient address. I told souled store people about this asked them to help me. And they told me to do it again! Yess! This was their help! I have been writing mails to them and asking to fix this as they missed out on the address part and it's kinda on them to not have a pick up service for their products. But all they could do was tell me to do it again. But to do it again i need to receive the product first but which is stuck somewhere in bhiwandi post office. Also, they have a rule which is you can not return a product after 15 days. And guess what my 15 days are getting over in a couple of days and i think i have to forcefully use the product which i didnt even like.
