I placed the order on 24th july and was shipped on 25th, from 27th i hav been getting messages and mails that my order is out for delivery and it has not been delivered yet as on 1st august, i even called the delivery agent who was making excuses about delivering the product, so far you guys have provided terrible service, and now the order status is showing rto in transit, order no 1004252, hope u look into it and get back to me as soon as possible

The courier partner has informed us that the package is being returned to our facility because they were not able to deliver the package. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reship the package with the same order ID due to some technical difficulty. Could you please place a new order and call us after that.
