The Souled Store — no updates on products ordered | |||
Placed 2 orders on 14th and 15th of march, my orders are still being processed and due to some unknown reason i have not been able to access the website. I have tried calling souled store provided to google but i could not reach them. I would like the customer support to contact me and update me on arrival time. The Souled Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 23, 2018 The Souled Store Customer Care's response Hi Aryan, This is to inform you that we had sn you an email that both of the products had to be sent to the manufacturing unit because of design defects. We had requested you to provide any replacement design so that we can ship your order on priority. Since we did not receive any reply for 3 days, we couldn't keep an order open for so long, that is why we initiated the cancellation for the orders and have refunded the amount to your Paytm wallet.
