[Resolved] The Souled Store — partial order received but they claim full order was delivered
I ordered three products from the souled store, a t-shirt, a mug, and a bag, among which only the t-shirt and mug were delivered. When i raised a complaint regarding the missing bag the company claims that the product is not missing and they did send it. I was charged the full amount, and the bag was also mentioned on the invoice, but i just hadn't received it! Apparently, the bag was there in the packaging until it reached me. I received a sealed package and the package did not have the bag. The company refuses to refund the amount of the missing product or to replace the product. I am very disappointed by the way things are being handled by customer service.

Jul 01, 2019The Souled Store Customer Care's response Hey, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have checked the weight with our warehouse team and prior to shipping the weight of the package was 980 grams including the packing. The package was weighed prior to it being out for delivery by our courier partner and the recorded weight was the same(980 grams including packaging). However, as an exception we are going ahead with a refund and have credited your The Souled Store account with reward points(Store credits) of the product value and you can use the reward points to place a fresh order as per convenience. Also there is no expiry date for the reward points and you can use them anytime in the future.
