I had placed order for hoodie with order no - order# sli182447 as mode of payment with cash on delivery.

I have received the pack on 17/1/18 but when i opened that pack i found that product is completely different than what i ordered.

I don't want to keep this product and i want the product only which i had selected otherwise i want my money back asap.

I ordered a surprice hoddie and they already mentioned that returns are available without any question the hoddie i ordered is medium in size and now i want small size but there is no contact the mail they have provided didnt respond and number they have provide cut on exact 23 seconds this is the worst scenario i have ever face its not a good site...

This is pragathi. My order id 6074, i had ordered 2sarees on 30/06/17 and i got delivery on 03/07/2017 from fedex courier only and i paid rs 1663/- to fed ex person, but they sent very cheap dress to me and when i was calling to them not responding and mails also. So, please look into matter and arrange for money back or original product. Other wise we will think your fed ex also partner in this company...

I had ordered a pant on july 7th and it's not fitting so. I need to return the product (147142) so i'm trying to reach customer care number but it's not working. I had mailed to support team even no response from them.

I have purchased a hoodie in Dec and they have shipped us the wrong product.As per their suggestions we have courier back the hoodie on our own to their mumbai office.they have promised us that once the receive the product they will refund the amount.

As per there policy when a order is COD, they wont return us the money but shopping credits.
