I have ordered 3 tshirts for rs 1500 and i have paid for the the same at that time only. My order id is #sli48264 and order date is 1st april 2016. After enquiring several times i only got a tracking number i.E. Unittvp100522 and whenevr i track it olways showed pending. I holded my calm for so many days but now its jus not acceptable. The support team is just pathetic as i have mailed them so many times but they never reply to my mail. Last time when i had a talk with the customer care person on 6th april, the lady said sir there was some issues regarding ur parcel (Which they say to every customer what i have read in their replies to complaints), i make sure that ur parcel will be dispatched today. I said thanx and make sure it reaches me asap. But till now no information on my order. The trendz venue team resolve my issue asap and do replies to my mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you, I hope you were given quick resolution to your problem and you were satisfied with the same.
After 9 days.. the customer support person is sayin that the tshrt that you have ordered is out f stock. Nd n 6th april they said ur parcel is ready and i will make sure it will be dispatched today itself. Lies and lies all over. Now they are sayin they can make a refund, so now i have decided that i want a refund of these amounts:-
1500 which i paid for 3 tshirts,
Amount i have spent on calling u people again and again, aprox 100
Interest amount as you are holding my money for last 10 days,
And lastly for the harrasment and embarrasement that i have faced due to your company.

The Trendz Venue — Did not receive the complete order

I had ordered 2 T-shirts and 2 joggers cost of Rs.4036 and I recieved that parcel today, but I want to return it because the size is too big and I did not liked the quality and for this much amount it do not worth so I request u to refund the money as soon . Thank you

I have received my product yet, its been more than a week since i did the payment and no information being provided by The Trendz Venue on the product.
Even the customer care tracking id nothing is valid I doubt if this is a fake company and I lost my money.
