Two weeks ago I placed an order for a handbag from theexuberant.com. The website claims their products are 100% genuine and will be accompanied by a Company warranty card. The shipment was delivered to me yesterday, and was a defective, fake product. Unfortunately they insist that since it is a ‘closed delivery’ the product cannot be opened until the money is paid. The delivery boy vanished the moment the money was handed and I was left with a substandard product.
while the website claims that returns and refunds can be processed immediately, on speaking to the customer service cell, they flatly refused to return the product (despite calling them less than 18 hours after the delivery was made) and instead offered to change the product.
The website is mentioned here.. http://www.theexuberant.com and professes to be 100% genuine products. Request you to please take immediate action and help me get a refund or a genuine product as that is the right of any customer. Online businesses should not be allowed to cheat customers and get away with it. I have all the bills and proofs of delivery should they be required.
My order number is #[protected]placed on July 6, 2015 1:54:13 PM IST). It was delivered on July 19th at 4/00 pm. The product was a Micheal Kors handbag and was supposed to have a Michael Kors warranty card which it does not have. Was this information helpful? |
Goodluck!
