I bought a purse which was delivered to me on COD. The delivery guy insisted that I can only open the box after I have made the payment which I did and found to my dismay that it was the wrong bag. He asked me to take the matter with the customer support and he did not take the wrong product back.
As of today, its been more than 3 months and the customer support people keeps passing the concern to other department and make fake excuses. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau in USA but that makes no difference to them.
I strongly advise to not waste your time and money on this website or company as they lure you to buy their products by offering discounts and then play around and frustrate you to an extent where you feel like thinking that let it be and accept whatever substandard or wrong product they have given you.
I have already retained an attorney and will be taking this company to the consumer court, and I request if anyone else is equally frustrated then join me in this fight against these cheaters.
