I have ordered a sony 32000 mah power bank with a jogger bluetooth headset on the website (www.thefactorysale.com) on 19.01.2019. I have received a different power bank product on 28.01.2019 evening only. The power bank is not even switching on and also not working. The bluetooth headset is not even a worth product. I am not satisfied and fed up with these products and i have paid rs. 940/- (Cod). I don't want these products anymore and i want my money back.
