I booked an order number 2837522 dated 24/06/2019 of rs. 622. But till date i neither receive this order nor refund my payment. I requested to cancel my order on dated 18/07/2019 and refund my payment. Thejtstore accepted my cancellation request on dated 20/07/2019 but till date i have not received my refund. I sent many email for refund my payment, but all time he is saying that it will be process in 7-10days. I am confuse how to get refund from cheated online company. Please take an action this company and refund my payment. I have attached email copy of confirmed order by thejtstore.com
