Thepancard.com — application status not updated since last two weeks

I have applied a new pan card application through www.thepancard.com
On dated 16.05.2019 having customer code a2125646.
After five days they sent an email there is an objection query regarding aadhar card uploadation.
At that time i have also upload the aadhar card copy.
Till date no status updation is available on the website
Plz do needfull.
