Thermax India — poor service / no response for supply updates
We have placed an order for additional vam safety device for vam that is in our brewery at palakkad. The purchase order number is [protected] dated 05.05.2017. This was a safety device recommended for vam by thermx after one vam unit failed in december 2016.
We have received partial supply against this order. Post this we have been following up with thermax (Sanjay jahagirdhar / harish iyer / shakthi ganesh / vinayak) for the details of balance materials and installation at site. We have also been asking for the proforma if any if we have to pay as per the po terms. However we keep getting reply that "have marked a copy to the concern department, will give you a feed back shortly". This has been going on now for months now. I have sent a request for feedback this week also, till now there has been no reply on this. None of them are reverting back on this for months, despite repeated reminders.
I am requesting you to look into this matter.
