Thermax India — sale service is not provided
We have purchased thermax boiler from konark engineering distributor of thermax company
Model no. Teon/500/7/99
The boiler had started in mid of december and now 7 month is completed and boiler faces with same issue that id bearing is been damages twice and pulley of id fan single time due to which our production is been stop by 10-12 days
We regretting about our decision to purchase thermax boiler and we are thinking that thermax have provided default machine to us
Rather that i have contacted to thermax company in which i have assured that i get an engineer from thermax company in next week but now month completed but till now no one contacted us.

This is with reference to the above subject and subsequent telephonic discussion had with you.
Our channel partner m/s konark engineers visited the site. After replacing the motor pulley with new pulley, resolve the issue of alignment.
As informed to you thermax engineer will visit next week to check the unit installation and operation. Exact date of visit we will inform you shortly.

Now i want that thermax engineer will come to our company and check our boiler and assured us everything is fine and raise a complain against konark engineer, nashik that they have not technical person to our site whenever problem occurred and due to this our firm has been close down for 10 days
And whenever problem occurred we manage to bring technicians from local and they charge for that heavily and no konark engineer anytime have solve the problem
I am attaching all the field report whenever konark engineer have came
I want thermax will pay our loss amount which occurred due to them or by konark engineer
