Theshoppingbazar.in — didn't receive order

I had ordered a top in theshoppingbazar.in website..it didnt show any options regarding cash on delivery. So i paid online.(250rs).
It was shown that the delivery will be on 17th sept 2019 . Its been so long, i havednt received the order. I am unable yo reach their customer support nor their website. I strongly feel its a fake website and i want my money back . Frauds like these must be punished . Its not only me but many others are also facing this situation . Kindly register my complaint and take action. Thank u
