Complaining about the shopping bazar online shop wherein i have placed my order for 3 products. It did not provide for cod option and hence i had to pay online. I had placed the order on 26th august, 2019 which was expected to be delivered within 13-15 days. I haven't received it yet. So i dropped them a mail and tried to contact on the provided number which shoes it is switched off. Please help in getting back my refund for rs. 969

I ordered 3 dresses and already paid for it after that they didn't mail me or gave me any information about my products and their is no contact available they are cheaters they haven't delivered my products and now they are not responding to my mails
