Iam bharat thakkar My terminal id is gibom[protected] Co. Name krishna handicraft There is lockdown in whole nation due to which all trains booking are being cancelled. No new booking is happening also Mean time all ticket cancelled bookings refund are getting refunded in my portal, customers are getting msgs from irctc to collect amount from agents they started calling for refund. Somehow till know i had manage to do it but situation is getting worst for me to handle Ikindly request company members to look forward to situation and please make some arrangements for refund in my bank ac I had called customer care they said they cant transfer to bank acs Was this information helpful? | |
