The smart shop employee cheated the retailer atm account

Please note that we have recharged the below numbers through my id no. Intrz0390072l user id 3or net my customer complaint that they have not received balance against the recharge, i have complaint already to the customer service but they have confirmed that they have give operator id[protected] aircel mobile no. [protected] dtd. 16.07.2017. Customer has angry to received till now.
Pnr gnpsom 16.07.2017 recharged aircel mobile no.[protected] still not received the balance.
Pnr gntg4t 19.07.2017 recharged aircel mobile no.[protected], still not received the balance.
Pnr gn9vuz 29.07.2017 recharged aircel mobile no.[protected] not received the balance.
Kindly do the necessary action against it, i am loosing money if any problem from your side i will not use your programme, even though the profit not much by using the smart shop let me know i stop to recharge the customer.
Suddenly mr. Deepak kumar called his mobile no.[protected] and he informed that i am from refund secion, please give your atm no. I will refund the amount to your account, i refused, he forced me to give the atm no. Only i have given again he asks me the message no. That also i have given he ask me any other account u have i said no after i check my account in the bank i came to know that he has purchased through my atm nearly irs.5900 worth of purchase, i have complaint local police too but i am sure that the details know from your company only otherwise how he known the lost my money from recharges kindly take necessary action find out it to get back money Was this information helpful? |
