We have purchased the biju app on[protected] and the product includes tab + sd card. Initially, we were planning to purchase the subscription for xstd only, however, mr. Arun (Education counsellor) from biju insist us to go for the complete package which covers xii std + jee/neet. He didn't give us chance to think further and with his marketing skill, he persuades us to buy the complete package. He promised our family members that any point of time, we can go for cancellation and the remaining amount would be refunded. He has not shared any other information regarding cancellation. Though we were continuously asking him what and how we would get the amount if we decided not to continue the service. He assured, i (Mr. Arun) would be available and provided his contact number to reach out for any concern. After a year of service, we decided not to continue the subscription with biju app, as all the promise made by education counselor arun are false and which shows only for his marketing skill and but in practice, we didn't get any support from mentor or any other staff members. Now we are trying to reach the mr. Arun for last 25 days, as usual he is not lifting the phone calls from us. Thrice spoke to customer service executive of biju app, each and every time they assured me, they will arrange call back from sales team to deal this case. I have not received a single from them. This is strange as a parent, we were struggling to get the money back from this company.

Today before compiling this message, i went through many forums and so many parents have the same concern. Kindly note down, we won't let this company loot parents money. Based on their reaction, we will consult with lawmakers and take it up further. Was this information helpful? |
